Well, here’s a new one. Stage cancelled. In the bin goes 2800m and 80km

Reason – police refuse to allow the start due to snow on road above 500m. First climb of the day (on tar) goes up to 1000m or so and it seems the locals have been flipping cars on it all morning… Plus the visibility is down to about 20 feet Disappointing to say the least… Read more »

After stage 5′s disappointing cancel, stage 6 was slightly amended but at least it went ahead. The original route was a 47km / 1650m climb TT and Darrell/I were due off at 10.05. Sunday – stage 1
